You meet the guide outside the entrance and they get your tickets, explain about going through security, etc. Then you are given headsets where you can pick your language. There is a WC right before you enter. Since I picked the day the taxis were on strike and had already walked a lot (!) there was an elevator to take me up the 4 floors. I was able to walk down just fine. The guides themselves were very kind! While the tour is fairly short the history and building are amazing. As an older, solo traveler, I was pleased I had chosen this!”
